Back from an absence

Polywogg has been down for about 3 weeks, so I've got a lot to tell. I've been trying to make a list of stuff going on, but it's not with me at the moment. I'll write more later. I can tell you what has been happening this week though.

Monday, Dad started work at Family Practice Associates of Southern Hills Medical Center. He got his results for his boards and he passed! Yea!! I knew he would. He is now board certified as a family physician. He's seen quite a few patients this week and will continue to see more as he works there longer. I'm going to see him tomorrow b/c I have to get another immunization shot (boo hoo).

Mom and I have been at home this week, just the two of us. We've taken walks and done lots of playing. Monday night, I slept through the night for the first time. I went about 9 hours between feedings.
Tuesday, I started sitting up by myself. It's fun to sit up for a while then pull myself up to standing. I'm enjoying sitting up alone and reaching for things I want. I feel kind of like a big girl. I've also been rolling over from my back to stomach (old trick) and vice-versa a whole lot. I feel like I'm starting to move around more independently. I can't wait till I start crawling and then walking. It can't come soon enough for me. But, I'm having fun in the meantime.
Wednesday, I tried avacado for my lunch snack. I'm not too keen on it to be honest. Mom has tried to have me eat it two times already and says I have to try it two more days. Oh well... I'm interested to find out how sweet potatoes will taste; it's rumored that I get to try them in about a week. I hope they are better tasting than avacados. Maybe avacados will grow on me; Mom and Dad seem to like them quite a bit.

That's about all this week. I'll get back to updating everyone on the last few weeks when I can. Bye!
